Week 8

     Welcome Back, this weeks movie is a Walt Disney Production, A Cinderella Story. This is a all around good movie for friends, and good to watch with the whole family. This movie is about a 10 year old girl named Sam Montgomery. She is having the time of her live with her dad, until one day her dad messes up both of their lives, by marring a terrible over controlling witch. Unfortunately Sam's father passes away, and Sam is stuck with her step-mother Fiona. Fiona takes over poor Sam's life. It's so bad to the point that she practically is their maid. Sam is talking this guy (Austin Ames) that she likes, and met online. Austin asks Sam to go to the school dance with him. She would love to, but she knows Fiona wont let her go. Secretly she sneaks out and goes without permission. She accidentally drops her cell phone, and Austin picks it up and tries to find the rightful owner, yet a lot of girls try to claim it. Sam is too scared to admit it's her because she is scared he wont like her once he finds out that she is the girl hes been talking to.  

Week 7

     Hello movie lovers, the movie of the week is Norbit. A hilarious movie that will make you laugh, and that you can enjoy with the whole family. It is about this young man named Norbit that had a rough childhood. He was sent to a orphanage where he found the love of his life, until she got adopted. Now he is stuck with this hideous women named Rasputia who he is not in love with, yet he tries to fall in love. Norbit is forced to be Rasputia's boyfriend. He is being bullied by twins, she saves him, and she makes him be her boyfriend. It's good and bad for Norbit. Good, because she protects him from bullies, and people kinda want to be his friend. Bad, because he doesn't really like her, shes crazy, and controls his life. In the future, the girl Norbit was in love with as a child, comes back to town. Norbit thought he had a chance with her, but their is two big problems in the way. Norbit is married, and she has a fiance. She is about to get married. Honestly deep down inside they both know they want each other.

Week 2

     Hello, welcome back to Jon and Cynthia's Movie Rates. Today's movie of the week is one of the most humerus award winning comedies Dumb and Dumber. This movie will make you laugh so hard that even on one of the worst days of your life, you'll forget all the bad stuff going on. This movie is about hilarious young men with noble hearts, yet very stupid. Whom try to help a lady with her briefcase. She had forgotten it at the airport, but little did they know that is was meant to be there for two criminals who have kidnapped her husband and she is trying to get him back with a ransom. Llyod (Jim Carrey) falls in love with Mary (the lady that left her briefcase). He is on a mission to Aspen with his friend Harry ,which is were Mary is heading to. On there adventurous mission to Aspen, these two ignorant little kids (men), bump into the two criminals that are following Llyod and Harry to get in return the briefcase.                           

                                                         

Week 6

     Hello movie lovers, today we have a wonderful and lovely movie we enjoyed so much we knew you'd love it! If you have seen The Notebook, and liked it, you will love The Vow. This movie is so cute and romantic, yet very sad and tragic. Two newlyweds that are deeply and truly in love are having the time of their lives. Until one night at after their date, they go into their car to drive home, a garbage truck rear ends them, and Paige (the wife) flies throughout the front window. The next scene shows the couple in the hospital. Leo (the husband) is safe and has a few cuts and bruises, Paige unfortunately isn't so lucky. She is knocked out into a coma, and when she wakes up she doesn't remember her marriage with Leo. Her serve memory loss leads to Leo having to make the love of his life, fall in love with him again. It isn't easy for him at all, but he doesn't give up. He loves her way too much to give up. Watch The Vow to see what happens, and how or if Leo makes Paige fall in love with him again.

Week 5

     This week we have been watching plenty of movies. One of the movies that we found really interesting was White Chicks, a hilarious movie that you could enjoy with anyone. This movie is about two cops that are investigating a case and if they don't get it done they could be fired. These men are suppose to pick up these two white girls from the airport, when suddenly they get into this big car accident, which injures there faces. These two white girls get really upset because they were looking forward to being in the cover a magazine, and they make a big scene and don't want there hideous scars to show. The two cops get really scared and don't know what to do. The two girls threaten to call their boss to fire them, but the two cops remind them of their hideous scars, and they don't call. The cops still need to accomplish their job, so they think and think and finally get an idea. They call one of their friends that knows how to do make up very well, and he disguises them as the two white chicks. They go through a lot of funny and crazy adventures to accomplish their mission, watch to find out how they do it.

Week 3

     Welcome back, today we will be talking about one of the most romantic movies in the history of movies, it will give you the chills and make you cry of how romantic it is. The movie starts off with an old man reading a book to an old women at a nusring home. The story he reads to her is about two young teenagers who fall in love and it all started at a carnavel. The two young lovers names are Allie and Noah. At first Allie was not interested in Noah because he was not wealthy, but Noah did not give up. Then finally Noah and Allie fall in love, but a terible tragedy happens when Allies parents don't want them together because he's poor. Yet Allie refuses, then Noah and Allie get into a bad fight and break up and finally Allie moves with her parents, so she can go to a good school. She meets a wealthy new guy, while this whole time Noah was writing her letters, yet her mom secretly hid them, so Allie wouldnt get a hold of them. In the future Allie comes back to her home town and Noah sees her and they meet up and make love and fall in love again. Week/Movie 1

     During the past few weeks we have been thinking on how to start off our blog, and we have decided that we will watch a movie a week. Once we watch the movie we will rate and write our opinions and whether you should watch the movie or not. We will also be expressing our feelings and thoughts towards the movie. You might think this blog is unhelpful or useless, becuase of all the movie reviews, but this is a perspective from a teenager. Also people such as professional movie critiqes might have a different view on the movie, but this is from a normal adverage teenagers. You might consider our opinions towards the movie or not, but overall what we are trying to do this to help you on what movies you would like to see. We shall keep you updated with our movie critiques.
